Research and development (R&D) on palm oil and oil palm has generated many scholarly publications, articles, patents, reports and other references. These information are currently hosted on various platforms by various publishers, scientific organisations, assosiations and related socueties. To facilitate research activities among the research activities among the research communities and industry pertaining to literature search, a determined effort has been made by the Malaysian Palm Oil Borard (MPOB) to develop a single-search platform for information on palm oil by collecting and compiling these information from various sources. It is believed that this database is one of its kind in the world.
